Pros: Don't have to dive. Cons: that they don't over book on holidays.

Pros: the counter infront of your seat and the wifi made it perfect for student travel. Students around me were able to complete assignments. Cons: the bus arrived late and would not open the base of the bus for us to put our large bags below.

Pros: We arrived on time and the bus was air-conditioned. Cons: Took a longer stop than was planned but still arrived on time.

Pros: The driver was very friendly and super helpful. He made sure everybody had their stuff while getting off the bus. The bus was on time. Cons: The seats were dirty; it could have been made clean. Also, the seats weren't that comfy. Tips: Very good bus service in terms of the drivers they have and timing. I travelled 2 times, and the drivers were great, and the bus was on time. The only thing I would say is the seats can be a little cleaner.

Pros: Easy to get home and sound. Cons: Good bus and good driver. Tips: Clean is number one. It’s already a clean bus.

Pros: Easy way to get to Madison without driving myself. Cons: Bus driver was an aggressive driver - it was snowing, raining, and icy and he just did not change his driving skills to the whether at hand. Tips: No outlets on bus.

Pros: Very comfortable ride and nice workers. Cons: Seat belts needed attention. My seat belt could not connect. Tips: Bring water and snacks.

I liked how the seatings were pretty good to have a bit distance between the passengers and it was very peaceful as it was quiet.

A passenger experienced a medical emergency during the bus ride. I thought the bus driver handled the situation very well.

Pros: I enjoyed how friendly and understanding my driver was as well as how on time we were upon arrival. Cons: The overhead "night lights" were honestly too bright! Tips: Make sure you show up ten minutes early to get a good seat!
