Pros: It was fast and easy. Cons: There was no one checking the tickets, so everyone could travel without a ticket. The WiFi didn't worked.

Pros: I liked how the wifi worked, the kindness and courteousness of staff, and how the sink and soap worked. Cons: Nothing. Tips: National Express is a good coach service, but mainly if you book in advance cause otherwise it's expennnsive.

Pros: excellent driving ,very easy once I arrived at Victoria coach station it was a breeze. Cons: Victoria coach station is very well organised but it would be useful to add to all the information sent out in advance that the arrivals and departures leave from different buildings which are across from each other. Tips: Make sure that you know where and how to access Victoria coach stations.

Pros: It left more or less on time and thank fully there were spaces on board so we all had two seats to ourselves. Otherwise t may have been trying as I find the seats too small. Cons: The width of the seats, perhaps as the reinforcements on the sides of the seats are too narrow for comfort. I had to take my wallet out of the pocket to be more comfortable and I don't like moving my wallet! Tips: DOn't let people wearing loads of perfume sit near you! I never enquired about wifi but didn't see it on board, to answer the next question..

Pros: It was my first time getting on such a Bus trip (I am new in England) and it prove to be a jolly good ride..it felt like I was on a plane. Kudos to you guys. Cons: Maybe a few screens for those who would rather watch a some programs on a screen than their phones. Tips: Good experience, a trial would convince.

I'm short so leg room wasn't a problem but my daughter is much taller so was a bit cramped for her. Internet connection was poor.

Pros: The scenic hills passed by as I sat amongst my fellow human beings. Occasionally for a momentary instant, the sun's rays peaked through the clouds to greet me and partner with shining love and abundance. But when the clouds sealed the sun off from us, pensivity resumed as I and my partner progressed towards our destination. Also, watched the season 4 finale of MTV's Are You The One, and it was pretty good. Cons: The price was quite egregious for coach. I think bus travel should be a considered a human right and not cost money. Tips: Be kind to yourself.

Pros: Comfortable and on time. Cons: The pull down trays recline too much so it’s not safe to put a drink on there. They could be a little bigger too. Tips: A 2 1/2 journey went very quickly.
