Cons: While the trip was mostly smooth, the customs stop at the border can take some time, and the delay can be unpredictable. It would be great if there was more guidance on how long it might take or tips to help expedite the process for those who aren’t familiar with it. Additionally, while the onboard restroom was convenient, it could have been better maintained during the journey. Tips: Bring a Passport: It’s essential for crossing the border, and having it ready when you arrive at customs can save you some time. Arrive Early: Aim to arrive 15-20 minutes before departure to find a good seat and settle in. The bus driver was friendly to everybody and suggestions / advice given at the border control station were precise and clear.

Pros: It was fast and on time. I had a little interaction with another traveler that had two seat and when we came back from customs I sat on the empty seat and she told me it was hers because she always pays for two seats. Is that true do customers pay for two seats? I was going to approach the driver but I didn't want to make a scene so I moved. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Cons: To have wifi password visible when you are on the bus and perhaps the drivers should be consistent with their information to the customers. Tips: Just be kind.

Over all its look good bug there is lot of space for improvement by making seat comfortable there was no light in wash room seats covers look very old as well which is very easy to replace or u can add new covers as well

Pros: It was good sightseeing and enjoyable riding. We will go back in future. Thank you for your wonderful service. Cons: Only one thing is to clean the restroom. I can smell bad odor when I say in back. Tips: No command.

Pros: Comfort riding. Cons: There should be assigned seat number during booking. The problem is when you get on the bus in Richmond, there are almost no seats available in front, and if you are a family, instead of sitting together, you are scattered. Wifi is slow. Tips: Get your roaming data before you travel. Wifi onboard is very slow.
