Pros: We arrived safely. Cons: BBBus needs written sign announcing what bus has pulled up at their stop on 30th St. Every time a bus pulls up people have to get out of line to find out is it a bus coming in? Or going where? The little printed bus sign on 30th Street saying De Pa Md etc. is barely visible. Tips: Maybe you can put a sign for new customers who go to the flixbus yard to hear from guides that the BB bus is the next block down on 30 st but you have to figure out that it’s ACROSS THE STREET.

Pros: The atmosphere was great. 8 enjoyed the scenery. The driver was helpful and so were the passengers. It was my first time traveling by bus. Although the bus was delayed, I still arrived at my destination before the scheduled time. I will ride this bus line again and will encourage family and friends. Cons: It's fine, there's nothing to change. Your drivers are helpful and safe on the road. Tips: Be on time and be sure to have your tickets ready to go.

Pros: Was able to sit comfortably and charge my phone . Cons: An extra 5 minutes for the break. Tips: Dress warm or bring warm clothing . Bus can get cold .

Pros: Once we got on the bus and moving everything went smoothly and the driver was very experienced and professional. Cons: The seats could be vacuumed and the compartments on the back of the seats that flipped down were filled with debree. Should be thoroughly cleaned out. Tips: If you've been assigned a seat it's probably best to stay in your seat and not try and sit elsewhere in the beginning of the trip., because people who also have assigned seats will expect to go to there assigned seats and expect to be able to sit there . Unless it's at the last stop of the night when most passengers have left their seats and the bus .

The bus was very clean and the staff was very situated and everyone was friendly I wish they all were like this

Pros: It got me where I needed to be. Cons: It’s very apparent that the greyhound bus system has not been updated, ever. The buses should be numbered and the tickets should have the numbers so people can clearly know that they’re on the right bus. Also everyone should have a seat assignment. Some people did and some people didn’t so when people who did got on, the people who didn’t had to scramble to other seats. Tips: Arrive early and ask multiple people if you are on the right bus as it is not very clear.

Pros: Not having to drive! Cons: Fix the seats. Mine was stuck tilted back. Tips: Be patient with lateness. Traffic was brutal. If you had driven your own car you would have been just as late.
