Pros: Everything was great, but our ride was 3 hours delayed... maybe because of the rain? Traffic was horrendous, so I understand. I don't know how often these run this late, but it'd be nice to have a heads up on real commute time if it's frequent. Cons: Driver should announce if there's a big delay like this on the bus. Tips: n/a.

Pros: Convenient! Picks up right around the corner from my house in Alexandria!! Cons: Timing! No traffic and an hour late??? They switched drivers and pulled over somewhere random. No mention of getting in late. Tips: If you are on a time crunch, plan ahead on what bus you take.
