Pros The music the driver had on. Cons The bus arrived in North Platte, NE 25 minutes late to depart to Lincoln, NE. The driver did safely make good time though so we weren't too late. Tips Do not attempt to take plastic bags with clothing on board as a fellow passenger tried this and the driver did not allow it for fire safety reasons. Travel lightly onboard.

Pros Chill environment, it was evening so most people were either tired or otherwise quiet. Cons The wifi was buggy but that may have just been my device refusing to connect properly. (on my ride back home Sundays morning it worked fine) Tips The trip is long but having something to do like a book to read or something else quiet is a great way to pass the time.

Cons everything is ok except the attitude of certain passengers who, by wanting to get comfortable in their seat, reduce the space of their back neighbors which makes the journey uncomfortable. Tips Always think about the comfort of the other passengers when you want to make yourself comfortable by adjusting your seat.

Pros Personnel Cons Good question! I don't know if you could do better in the personnel department. Tips Maybe only this one thing luggage should be put in the cabinets design for it and if it doesn't fit in the bus it should be put in the luggage department instead of taking up two seats for only one person because not everyone has the ability to stay cool calm and collect. Hardly ability to take into consideration that people might have had a bad experience with delays and personnel for what reasons would be not been prepared for pre-trip for any reason and causing other problems and delays for everyone else. I didn't use Wi-Fi and the bus did have a sign for the passengers so I really don't know if Wi-Fi was working or not but I assume it was.
