Pros: Great to go from Brooklyn straight to DC instead of having to log everything through Manhattan and the subway, to get to the bus like most bus lines. Cons: Seat numbers were all incorrect on ticket vs bus.

Pros: Leff and Arrived on time and the bus driver was friendly. Cons: The seats are too cramped and uncomfortable; no legroom, inside luggage area is very small and doesn't fit a standard carry on so I had to hold a heavy bag on my lap for 4.5 hours. Tips: Bring a really good neck pillow and good headphones.

Pros: I had to return earlier and Wanderu and Flixbus made the transaction really simple and fast as I was standing outside the bus. Cons: I have no problems. Maybe show that we would stop in Philly bc I thought it was a straight ride back to DC. Tips: Wear headphones on the bus.

Pros: My trip was very relaxing. Cons: Driver could have announced trip destination before actually driving out of depot, just to confirm that was the correct bus we were on. Tips: Have a sweater with you, even if it's summer time.

Pros: Good driver Faster. Cons: Driver were rude. I saw him yelling at one customer for no reason. I understand that sometimes people can be annoying, but there’s better way to communicate with them rather then yelling. Tips: Arrive on time and follow the rules.

They should receive your bag and put it in the luggage compartment and take it out as well. Instead we had to crouch and go into the luggage compartment and handle this ourselves. This wasbumacceptable

Pros: nice personalities of drivers- spacious bus and clean with no smells. Cons: the address said 20 mass ave for departure in DC - except that was not correct- I t was inside Union Station- very stressful and we almost missed the bus. 20 mass ave is a building with no place to have a bus- it is confusing- just say Union Station. Tips: Go go Union Station not where the forms says 20 Mass Ave.
