Pros: Comfortable, quiet, on time, inexpensive. Cons: A/C was terribly over the top...all passengers ended up covered in blankets and jackets, in 80 degrees weather. No need to cool the train cars that much. Wasteful, too. Tips: The terminal (at the Union Station, D,C) is not posted until 15 min before departure. But the personnel know ahead of time, and will help.
