Pros: At my destination, I received a cart ride from the train platform to the station exit due to compromised walking ability. Cons: No assistance offered at Fort Lauderdale station. My walking is compromised and I had to walk a far distance because my car was going to Tampa. Tips: Book as far in advance as possible to ensure you get your preferred travel date.
