Amtrak Silver Service

Pros: I was excited to take the train to Richmond. BUT it was over an hour late leaving Rocky Mount. Train had not left terminal when a shouting match broke out over seats. Never heard such words! I thinkl Conductor should have interferred before he did. Return trip to Rocky Mount was also delayed in leaving, All said, I would travel by train again. Cons: Service was good but scheduling really needs to be adressed
