Pros: Everything was good but the driver wasn’t able to scanner my ticket from my phone so when I arrive to New York he send me to de 1 floor to print my ticket and bring it back to him on the Gate. Cons: Probably to let the driver be able to scan the travel tickets with them phones.

I appreciated the fact that I didn't have to drive in city traffic, someone else was handling that.

Pros: Traffic backup prevented me from catching my bus but the driver on the next bus allowed me to board as there were available seats. Cons: Everything was okay. Tips: Go for it. Quiet & relaxed.

After sending me to multiple workers and could find how to get me to board the bus as I did not have a ticket or scannable item, I was given a number to call. After calling the a number to Martz, I was asked to go upstairs and have someone print the ticket. It was tiring and frustrating. Tips: Ensure that the process is clearly explained and understood.
