Pros: It was great. The driver was communicative and friendly. Cons: It was hard to find the loading place in downtown Toronto. Confused passengers would be easily directed into the Union Station. It would be helpful to install a sign board on the road side.

Cons: A better place where pickups can be done especially during d cold weather where passengers can sit and wait for the bus instead of standing on d road out in d cold.
