Pros: The bus was very clean, I had more than enough space, and I arrived on time. Cons: The driver could be way more professional and friendly. She was borderline rude. She clearly didn’t want to be driving, and wasn’t clear on how to exit the station when we arrived.

Pros: Driver was helpful and made sure to communicate clearly with passengers, arrived within fifteen minutes of expected arrival time, bus was relatively clean. Cons: No mask policy enforced. Many passengers and the driver himself were maskless. Tips: Take whatever you consider to be maximum COVID precautions!
