Pros: Timing was great. Cons: Nothing. Tips: Book with wanderu, you can't go wrong.

Pros: It was comfortable. Cons: Punctuality. Tips: Consider there could be serious delays.

Pros: The cleanliness of the bus. Cons: The bus driver was a substitute and she complained that the company is lucky that she even came in. I tried to ask her a question and she yelled at me to get inside the building as if I was her child and told me if I have any questions to go talk to someone inside. Also, inside we were told to get into a single file straight line. I watched her yell at passengers and tell them to just step aside in such a rude and disrespectful and human manner. I was in disbelief I could not believe the unprofessionalism that I was experiencing when she yelled at me and also that I was seeing as she continued to interact with other passengers. Her whole demeanor, and the way she conduct herself, left me with the feeling of being so disrespected I felt that the money I paid for my ticket was way to much for me to have to endure her bad attitude. I could not enjoy my trip to South Bend. How can you feel comfortable and enjoy your trip. When the person behind the wheel driving you have spoken to you in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Also, after arriving in South Bend she did not even attempt to try to help the passengers retrieve their luggage’s she just lifted the luggage door and walked away. She must perform better. I would not recommend anyone to ride with her, unless it was their absolute last resort. I expect better from Millet Transportation. Tips: Don’t stand by and just allow bad service. Speak out and Say something.

Driver was slept in the bus so we had to shiver in the cold.

Pros: Multiple stops were convenient during the journey. Cons: The seats could use an upgrade. Tips: Road trips are fun. Remember to enjoy the view outside!

Electricity did not work on bus, did not try wifi

Pros: Seat was good and reached the destination on time. Cons: Staff should be properly trained for interaction & bus should have gps for locating. Tips: Print your ticket beforehand.

The bus arrived 1/2 hr late The driver then Just disappeared for about another hr and half. Kept asking Greyhound personnel where our driver was to only have him shrug his shoulders. Had a ticket for 5:30 am and got on the bus at 8:10 am no explanation nothing just yelled anyone going to Blooming get on the bus. I have used Miller several times and never had this happen before. I will think twice before using Miller again.

Timing

Boarding the bus was a challenge from Indianapolis to bloomington as there was no proper signage . The bus that went has Nashville written on destination.

Pros: You have two seats to yourself (which was still not too comfortable for sleeping). Cons: Some passengers were rude to the driver and it made me feel a little unsafe. Tips: Bring your comfy pillows/blankets to help you fall asleep.

Pros: Bus was usually on time and pretty comfortable. Cons: I hope there was a refund/cancellation policy.

Pros: It got me to where I needed to be. Cons: Bus could be on time. Tips: Not really.
