The station is dirty. The washrooms are in pathetic condition. The staff is very rude and upon being questioned why the bus is late, they just explained very briefly about the bus breaking down and said that they had no clue how long it was going to take. The commuters formed a line even though the train was over 2 hours late since everyone wanted a decent seat and no-one moved for two hours. The boarding process should follow the boarding numbers on the ticket. The staff really needs to be trained to be courteous and polite. I am still surprised how Greyhound is running. No-one should be paying to get such terrible service and be treated so poorly by the staff. More
Tips
PLEASE do not use greyhound ever in your life. There are much better services like Megabus. Avoid greyhound forever. The buses are frequently late and their service is the worst I have ever experienced. PLEASE do not use greyhound ever in your life. There are much better services like Megabus. The seats could just be so much more conducive for sleeping. The cushioning is the absolute minimum (which I can understand because of the cost, but still). If the people are comfortable and sleeping, there’s also less chance for squabbling or incidents. It was a midnig...The seats could just be so much more conducive for sleeping. It was a midnight 4 hour bus ride and I couldn’t sleep which threw my next few days (the reason for travelling in the first place) off. More
