Pros: The bus had outlets to charge devices, very helpful. The driver appeared to enjoy her role as our driver and made helpful announcements. Cons: Ticket process was very frustrating on both my departing and return trips the driver was unable to utilize my electronic ticket due to his scanner unable to read the size of my qr code. I was asked to pay for a new ticket. On my return trip I just bought a different ticket to avoid issues. Tips: Flexibility of time is a given since driving in US from anywhere to anywhere is subject to the traffic issues we all face. Window seat is best, so you have a wall to lean on!

FlixBus US

Pros: The bus driver was funny and a good sport when more then a few passengers apparently missed his numerous & VERY explicit statements that our stop was coming and that we had arrived at our stop. The issue was 100% not on his end but what I have to imagine is a hearing issue because otherwise I’m just talking badly of strangers. He handled this very well and I thought the trip was great. First time solo traveling with this service and I will be doing so again readily. Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Tips: Expect to have a seat partner - space won’t be an issue, you’ll just have a buddy for the ride.
