Pros: The bus had outlets to charge devices, very helpful. The driver appeared to enjoy her role as our driver and made helpful announcements. Cons: Ticket process was very frustrating on both my departing and return trips the driver was unable to utilize my electronic ticket due to his scanner unable to read the size of my qr code. I was asked to pay for a new ticket. On my return trip I just bought a different ticket to avoid issues. Tips: Flexibility of time is a given since driving in US from anywhere to anywhere is subject to the traffic issues we all face. Window seat is best, so you have a wall to lean on!

Pros: I felt safe being able to sleep without worrying about my things being stolen. Cons: The timeliness of our departure, I was worried about missing my flight. Tips: Come early!
