Pros: Bus was supposed to start at 2:20 pm. I reached at 2 and got to know that bus was delayed by 2 hours. I had no information of this delay, and had i not reached early, I wouldn't have been able to book an alternate ticket for 2:30. I couldn't board the bus at later time as i had a flight to board at 7:30 pm from Dallas. I could have missed my flight just because no one cared to inform. Additionally, the customer care don't think i deserve a refund and kept on asking me to board the bus at 4pm. Cons: Everything. Tips: Never ever book Turimex.

Pros: The seat was comfortable. Cons: Bus smelled horrible, kids were screaming the whole time, there was trash all over the place, and the driver stopped 3 times for a total of 1:15. It was a terrible experience. Tips: Don’t use this service.

Pros: The bus was very clean. The drivers and the passengers were very friendly. I like the fact that they played movies for us the whole ride. Cons: My seat was broken, therefore I couldn’t sit upright. I had to lean back the whole time. Therefore I would suggest checking all seats and fixing all the ones that are broken. All so I speak English and the drivers knew very little because everyone spoke Spanish. Even the movie were all in Spanish. For the movies I would suggest using sub- titles and I would encourage a little more English. This company is growing and it has to be ready for everything. Overall everything else was great! Tips: Book your ticket and sit back and enjoy the ride. Awesome friendly service!

Pros: The driver was very nice to me. He knew that I couldn't speak Spanish, so he came to me and repeat what he said in English. Thanks to him I didn't miss anything. Cons: We were one hour late, and I was catching an airplane. Luckily it only took me 20 min to go through the security check, but it still freaked me out. I was wondering if we could add a stop at the airport. Tips: Most of the travelers and the driver spoke Spanish. Even the movies were also in Spanish. I felt a little bit lost in the beginning, but the driver talked to me in English after broadcasting. As long as you let the driver know ahead of time you should be good.

Pros: I did not go on the trip because there was no place to wait at 3:00 except standing outside in the dark in front of a closed convenience store waiting to be mugged. NEVER AGAIN! Cons: EVERYTHING. Tips: FIND AND OTHER MEANS OF TRAVEL - WALKING WOULD BE SUPERIOR.
