Pros: Got me home. That was about it. Cons: Being on time. The bus was 3 hours late!! Comfortability. No heat (and it was cold outside). None of the reps spoke English. Very confusing location. Tips: Only use if this is your last resort.

Pros: Bus was supposed to start at 2:20 pm. I reached at 2 and got to know that bus was delayed by 2 hours. I had no information of this delay, and had i not reached early, I wouldn't have been able to book an alternate ticket for 2:30. I couldn't board the bus at later time as i had a flight to board at 7:30 pm from Dallas. I could have missed my flight just because no one cared to inform. Additionally, the customer care don't think i deserve a refund and kept on asking me to board the bus at 4pm. Cons: Everything. Tips: Never ever book Turimex.

Pros: The worst bus I’ve never ever had. Late, no staff, dirty bus station, automatic customer service can only speak Spanish, no customer service online. Cons: Everything. Tips: Do not take this bus. Turst me!

Pros: I did not use my ticket when booking my trip the address to the drop off station wasn't listed until after paying for the ticket my next bus was leaving in two hours from a different location and customer service couldn't guarantee that the bus would arrive on time if there would be a shuttle bus or can to take me to the next location nor would they refund the ticket, being a single woman traveling across the country on limited funds found this very unacceptable. I had to make other arrangements for my own safety. Cons: List all necessary information before paying for the ticket your customers have the right to know about the delays and where the bus is actually going before purchasing the ticket. Tips: Travel with reputable organizations that put your safety at the forefront.

Pros: The seat was comfortable. Cons: Bus smelled horrible, kids were screaming the whole time, there was trash all over the place, and the driver stopped 3 times for a total of 1:15. It was a terrible experience. Tips: Don’t use this service.

Pros: Great value, comfortable seat, staff was professional except for one driver who was a little slow at rest stops and a little frosty with passengers. Cons: Second driver - he was bad. Tips: If you don't mind being 2-4 hours late, this is a great option. Very cheap.

Pros: I did not go on the trip because there was no place to wait at 3:00 except standing outside in the dark in front of a closed convenience store waiting to be mugged. NEVER AGAIN! Cons: EVERYTHING. Tips: FIND AND OTHER MEANS OF TRAVEL - WALKING WOULD BE SUPERIOR.
