Pros On time and airconditioning worked!

Pros Departure on time Cons Keep regular price and tell the true to the passenger before they booking. Because they never to us the bus will be stop and too locations

Pros Comfortable seat, good temperature, relatively quiet. Cons The driver or conductor used to remind people not to talk on the phone. No one did that, either on my way to Penn Station or back to Bethesda. It would be a good idea to do that, as it's super irritating when you're reading or sleeping and the person next to you is gabbing away. There was also no wifi in either direction. Tips Don't eat anything smelly, and be quiet. ;)

Pros It was very fast and efficient.

Pros I liked how clean and spacious it was, no issues whatsoever. Cons The only thing that could be improved is making sure there is heat. Tips I would highly recommend!

Pros Safe driver Cons Bathroom seat was sticky. Please ensure cleanliness.

Pros We sat in the front seats. Cons I waa with my 90 year old mother escortimg her back to ny and i asked if she could have priority seatimg or be seated first instead of last bc she is 90 amd he said no. I was a little taken aback. I said but she is 90. I left. Then when we got on the bus i saw the teo front seats had reserved signs..i asked if we could sit therr abd he said no..later he told me I could so we moved up. That was nice. But i was surprised a 90 ywar old could not board first. Tips I am always lookong for the plug to charfe my pjone. Not sll s3ars have one.

Cons The bathroom wasn’t able to be locked, WiFi was poor and the charger power didn’t work.

Pros The seat was comfy and there was a ton of leg space Cons The staff at the back of the bus had a radio that kept going off for about 30 minutes.

Pros The driver from Bethesda to the driver-exchange stop handled a medical emergency extremely well and should be commended. He calmly, safely and quickly moved the bus to the shoulder. After checking on the passenger, he got off the bus and called 911. He returned to the bus and again checked on the passenger. Within 10 minutes the emergency team arrived, removed the passenger from the bus and we were again on our way. The driver's composure and expedience was professional, responsible, and courteous. He instilled confidence in our safety.

Pros Got me there safely Cons Internet connection was a little spotty. Driver maintained a leisurely pace.

Pros Convenient start and end points for the bus, good value. Cons More leg room, ideally also some sort of fold-down tray-tables. Tips Pack hand-held food that's easy to eat without a table.

Cons Arriving 30 minutes early and the bus coming 10 minutes before departure time

Pros This was such an easy trip to plan. From the technology point of view all the way through execution and timely departure and arrival. Thank you. Cons The price was a little higher than I anticipated. All these cheap advertisements, but then in the end cost of more Tips Pack snacks!

Pros Good the trip because on time Cons Very nice the bus Tips No
