Amtrak Silver Service

Pros: I loved this websites simplicity and that it was upfront and honest pricing. I was amazed at the efficiency and the delay was due to the storm, but the staff kept us informed at all times. One of the best experiences I ever had. Cons: I really can thing of one thing that would have been under your control. The weather was the issue& the front lady staff was excellent, patient and professional; even though she was under staffed because someone called out sick. Tips: You can bet this website, the comfort of ride or the staff.
