Pros: No one disturb me. Cons: It’s not clear when or where to catch your train. The lobby staff is not very useful. Handle most of my inquiries on the status of my train online. The lobby staff is extra useless. Tips: Check your trip online and keep alert. You can hardly hear the intercom.

Pros: The snacks and staff. Cons: We were notified that there was a change made to our trip. Instead we were on a bus for 7 hours. We could have booked a greyhound for half the price and time: very disappointed. Tips: Beware of last minute “changes”.

Cons: The trip from San Antonio to Forth Worth was nice and in time. But I just received an email about my return trip informing me that the trip was canceled due to some malfunction. They say I need to get other es s to get back. I don’t understand if I did not cancel my tickets, it was the Amtrak who canceled because of some problem, why do I not get reimburse for the return ticket. I am disappointed that this happened and Amtrack just canceled the trip. Tips: Train it’s very comfortable, but apparently not too reliable.

Pros: It was on time, comfortable, economic. Cons: Wi-Fi on ALL trains. Tips: I have had some pretty horrible experiences on Amtrak but this trip was excellent.

Pros: Plenty of room on the train and refreshments/food were offered. Cons: Better food/fresh food.

Pros: I loved how clean and well kept the train i was, I was not expecting the trip to be as pleasurable as it was! Cons: I would like to see free Wifi added in the future. With most of these trips being upwards of 4 hours, it would be nice to do work, homework, read, update family members when in the middle of nowhere, etc. Other than that, everything was perfect! Tips: Bring a water!:) There are cups and ice, but the water is to be purchased. Bring your books/devices and enjoy the ride!

Pros: Just watching nature pass by through the window. Cons: The menu items for the cafe. Tips: Book through Wanderu it’s way cheaper and affordable!! Definitely worth it.

Pros: It was comfortable. Cons: Announce that people should not talk so loud. Tips: Respect others and not be so loud had four ladies drinking laughing and being loud the entire trip.
