FlixBus US
Pros: I enjoyed the bus drivers hospitality, he made me feel welcome and also safe while driving, I also had a good experience crossing the border because the staff were really helpful and patient Cons: My seat couldn’t recline at all, although there was no one behind me, this made it a little uncomfortable to sleep or even just rest my eyes. I saw that some chairs went back on the other seats, so maybe it was just this chair Tips: The bus is a little hot (April 2025) so I suggest wearing something breathable under or a long sleeve so you can take off your jacket or sweater. Overall good experience

Pros: Got me there safely and on time Cons: Arrived on time but left 1/2 late I could have use that time in the morning and stoping at a Mcdo for lunch is also a waste of time I think . I am not particularly tall and I am fit but with the passenger in front having reclined seat it was against my knees the whole time. Bus was full. the toilet got dirty really quick

Pros: Friendly and professional driver. Appreciated her repeated reminders for riders to not have phone conversations, be respectful etc. Cons: The bathroom door did not close and would slam every time a corner was taken. This was extremely loud/irritating and un fixable in the situation which was not good given it was a 5 hour bus ride.
