Amtrak Thruway

Pros: Easy and convenient way to get from Seattle to vancouver. The driver was excellent, polite and helpful . The border crossing was super simple and quick. All of us had a row to ourselves on the 9pm ride. We stop at the sandman hotel in Richmond for our first stop in vancouver which is convenient if you need a hotel my the metro to get around . Otherwise it ends at the main station downtown. Great ride. Cons: Wifi would be nice. Tips: Take it if you need an inexpensive way to get up to vancouver or back. Great to get some work done while the driver does all the work.

Pros: was not crowded. picked a good time. 3pm-7pm. driver was kind and lovely. appreciated the fact i was not charged for extra baggage. Cons: wifi was spotty. could not see the movie i wanted to because it cut out often. seats are okay but could be even more comfortable Tips: bus was as advertised, 15 minutes early. left on time. had 2 stops as mentioned before headed to Pacific central station

Pros: I liked that the bus had only a few people on it . Cons: The bus depot in Seattle was out of bottled water and orange juice which sucked. Tips: It was totally fine with no chance of being sent to a detention centre by soldiers so don’t worry about it at all .
