Greyhound
Pros: The Driver was the best, most friendly, non sarcastic, perfect, announcing and communicating I have ever seen a Bus Driver Be for commuter or coach buses. THANK YOU GREYHOUND! Cons: I like coupons.. lol but other than that.. everything was perfect

Greyhound
Pros: My bus driver was a boss in every good sense of the word. She said what she meant and meant what she said. The bus had a high percentage of rough clientele - she wasn’t putting up with any fools. Her ability to tell it like it is made me feel safer. Once we brought on the overflow of broken down buses on our bus in Baltimore the passengers leveled out more with fewer shader characters. I’m not sure why when we were already late we stopped for 12 minutes at a rest stop when we were 15 min away from our Wilmington destination but I assume she had good reason. Overall, very impressed with her. Cons: Microphone for her as I feel confident the back of the bus wasn’t hearing anything she said. Someone or more than one person vaping in that bus, for sure. Tips: Wear your mask.

BoltBus
Pros: It was $20 for the Bolt vs $100 each for the train - and we arrived 45 minutes later than we would have if we had taken the train.... The bus driver was a very safe driver and we felt comfortable and secure during our trip home. We will never take the train again!!!

BoltBus
Pros: The bus was reasonably clean and a good price too. Started on time and reached the destination on time. Cons: USB charging ports for the smart phones will be helpful. Tips: I would definitely encourage other travelers to try Bolt bus services, if they haven't done already.

BoltBus
Cons: For the first time travels Staff just told that we should wait at the bolt bus line. there is nobody to tell me that the bus was late. I saw at least 15 members are in the same situation. Couple of people miss the bus because they are waiting in another line. Hope you will keep the information somewhere for the first time travelers. And show the schedule number somewhere so travelers can wait at the right bus. I waited one hour in the line. Waiting times should be improved Tips: First time travelers, go to the bus station at least 20 min before and ask the staff where you should wait and how to check if the bus is on-time or late , find if the they have an app use it
