Pros: Just about everything Cons: First driver was on the phone much of the time and disturbed several passengers, one of whom complained loudly to me. He also refused to put a stepstool down for a handicap – said he didn’t have it - and I had to help. I know the stool was there because the second driver pulled it out for someone else. I think the second driver was sleepy because the bus was all over the road several times running over the rumble strips on both sides repeatedly. I said something to him when we stopped. He acted like he didn’t understand, but I know he did. By the way, I am a professional driver with a P endorsement.
