Jefferson Lines passenger reviews
Pros Loved it, and The Driver done rode on his bus a couple of times. He is A1 always making the trip comfortable and it's customer service is AWESOME Cons Y'all doing well
Pros Quiet and was able to sit in front due the drivers speaker was broken. I’m deaf. And was able to know what stop I was on and get off at the correct stop! Thank you! Cons Nothing… I most prefer to sit front so I can read lips etc than hearing on speaker … Tips None
Pros Bus driver was female and didn't put up with any crap. Someone started smoking on the bus Cons Nothing at this time Tips Use jefferson bys lines
Pros It was a great time seeing family Cons No Complaints Tips None
Pros Quick, nice scenery, economical Cons It was oerfect
Pros Everything Cons Nothing Tips No
Pros Safely arrived Cons Internet usage glitch
Pros Glad someone else is driving so I can read my book. Cons Reading light did not work, and it got dark before we arrived. Bus didn't appear to have been cleaned recently. Is there any app that could be used to communicate how late the bus will be? It was very cold and no warm place for waiting passengers. Is there a way to find out ETA so passengers could seek warm places to wait? Tips I've come to expect that Jefferson arrival times will be late.
Pros Freedom from watching the road and navigating traffic. Let someone else do the driving. Cons I wish there could be some kind of bus tracking app that would inform arrival times. It was pretty cold on this day and if we knew ETA we could have found a warm place to wait.
Pros Bus was very clean and comfortable.
Pros the ride left and arrived on time and bus driver was friendly Cons Everything went fine Tips It’s like a bus
Pros Everyone show a good behavior Cons Hours should be more flexible like if I have to travel I can five bus any time
Pros Drive was smooth and quiet Cons Be on time also my charging outlet didn't work Tips Not much other than travel safe
Pros The bus left and arrived on time, and the bus was clean and had that new bus smell.
Pros The raid was very successful and it was very easy to get into my house Cons The time duration for my decision Tips No
Pros comfy seats, ride was on time Cons loud beeping from drivers area was annoying
Pros On the return trip the bus arrived ten minutes late at a bus stop not commonly used except this summer due to construction around the regular U of MN bus stop. With all the construction and detours around the Twin Cities no one complained Despite its being on the boarding pass, I was a little concerned I was at the wrong spot. All's well that ends well: The bus arrived right on time in Duluth Sunday. A street number would have helped find it better with a device. Cons It would help if exact addresses (number and street name) were given for bus stops. That way you could use your device to pinpoint the bus stops. It would be especially handy when temporary bus stops are used, but also for those of us unfamiliar with the regular stops. Thank you for listening. Happy travels!
Cons That was a good trip Tips No
Pros It was comfy and convenient Cons N/a
Pros Travel under someone else's responsibility this means that I was able to work on my assignment while trusting on the driver to get me to my destination Cons Work on time management but was understanding Tips Good

Although most trips with Jefferson Lines will have WiFi as advertised, some buses might not come equipped with WiFi and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a movie just to play it safe. Jefferson Lines WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends; you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge watch your favorite show.
Yes, there are power outlets onboard Jefferson Lines buses. You can generally find one or two sockets per row of seats, so be a good traveller and check if your seat neighbor might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power outlets, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a USB power adapter that typically comes with most phones and tablets.
Since Jefferson Lines might sometimes use replacement bus vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power points. We recommend bringing a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.
