Cons: The numbers on tags should be more readable and recognizable for our seats.The driver should offer to help with luggage when we can’t reach. Crumbs on seat should be little more cleaner. Pros: I liked the fact that the staff was very friendly I had a really heavy luggage and the staff helped me with it. Measures were put in place to ensure no passenger was disturbed and no noise. I loved the fact that there was complimentary wi-fi also. Cons: For now nothing. Tips: Ensure you have a neck pillow for a good sleep
