Pros: Everything from the ease of purchasing the ticket to the comfort and timeliness the trip provided. Cons: I didn’t encounter any area where improvements are necessary. I must say though that earlier trips to upstate will be very much appreciated, if the train and the bus is willing to add more travel times. Tips: Don’t hesitate to use this service, it’s very professional, and stress free. Making for a more relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Pros: It was comfortable journey . I enjoyed travelling through the countryside . Overall a fantastic experience. Niagara Falls is awesome. Cons: Keep more variety in Vegetarian snacks. Tips: Travel Amtrak , it’s the best mode of travel in America.

Pros: I enjoyed the comfort and easy-going of the ride. Staff were very communicative. Lots of leg room. Cons: An observatory car. A bit more of a heads up about the engine car swap. Closing the train car connecting doors from Buffalo to Niagara Falls would be nice. Accepting Canadian currency at the cafe car since it travels into Canada. CAD should be accepted. Tips: Bring USD if you're from Canada. Expect to be delayed by an hour.

The driver should not say the restroom is only for use for number one This is a long trip and maybe some customers would require to go number two But then, again, as per request, you have to hold it for the next three hours, which is not good

Pros: The seats on the train were very spacious. Charging port was working. Decent selection of food at the snack bar. The train conductor was very funny. Cons: Nothing it was a really good experience. Tips: Bring a snack and water maybe a book take a nap. I.
