Barons Bus passenger reviews
Pros I made it for my daughter birthday 🥳 Cons More plugs for charging phone Tips Bring a pillow and a soft trow blanket
Pros Muslim brothers are responses unexpected Cons Nothing Tips No
Pros The bus driver Lovella was extremely nice and courteous and she drove the mess out that bus👍🏼❤️ Cons No, improvement needed
Pros Buss driver very friendly and helpful Cons Cleaner Tips Good way to travel
Pros everything was very nice and comfortable
Cons The seats could be wider
Pros i arrived safe Cons the smell of other people especially weed Tips it was a good experience. Have your uber or ride waiting for you upon arrival
Pros I was glad the connection in Toledo went well. There was only a 20 minute wait. Cons The driver should pull the suitcases out from under the bus. I and others had to go way back into the luggage storage to retrieve my suitcase while the driver stood there watching. I'm 72 years old and bumped my head seriously doing this. Also please do NOT play movies in the bus. They are loud for someone trying to read. Also, some movies are about war or aliens or horror. I had 2 drivers: Detroit to Toledo and Toledo to Chicago. The first driver was OK, but the second driver was wonderful. She was warm, informative and set a nice relaxed tone for everyone.
Pros It was faster Cons Be on time Tips Yes
Pros The driver was very nice to let us know exactly what stops we were coming up to, and making sure everyone was accounted for before we continued with our drive. The drive was smooth and very quick despite it being 6 hours from Chicago to Cleveland, that was a plus! Cons Perhaps the floor and seats could be cleaned a bit, though I was hesitant to use the bathroom; I can't complain considering it is a porta-potty. Tips Make sure to bring a few snacks for on-the-go, anything that could fill you up in between stops. Can't guarantee there's enough time to stop to buy a full meal.
Pros The bus got there exactly on time! My wife and I were impressed by the quality and the efficienty of the bus itself and its arrival/ departure time. The driver, a very well spoken and kind person asked, if we had "been waiting long?" In which we weren't at all. Upon boarding the bus after taking care of our luggage we were shown to our spacious open seating equipped with a television, and outlet for home appliances if needed. To top it all off the entire bus was prepared for everyone's lack of internet connection. It made our trip go by swift, safe, and would recommend to ride a baron bus if they are and admirer of luxury and class. Cons Nothing literally the best bus ever Tips Bring your smiling faces. On a baron bus it'll become contagious
Pros It was smooth and quiet and on time. I had no issues, everyone was very nice Cons Prices and they never have anyone on weekends if there is an issue with tickets Tips Make sure you have the right date on your ticket. I had issues because I was trying to reschedule and it was a huge process due to the staff/operator doesn’t work weekends. Once situated the ride itself was wonderful!
Pros Beautiful scenery Cons Nothing Tips Great safe experience
Pros I like it was quite , clean , the driver was nice , the people were cool and I always love the seats on the beast the best part and the tickets always cheap Cons Nothing I love it Tips Be calm relax and you will have a good time and a good ride .
Pros Everything Cons Every thing was great
Pros Internet Cons N/a Tips Be on time
Pros Driver very nice Cons Bus station only allows you in 30 minutes before departure
Pros On time. No problems. Cons More space for travelers.
Pros Bus driver was friendly and informative. Like you got time for a half cigarette
Pros Bus was clean, the driver was respectful and drove safely Tips Make sure not to overcrowd the bus with carry on bags

Yes, Barons Bus offers WiFi on their buses. Although most trips with Barons Bus will have WiFi as advertised, some buses might not come equipped with WiFi and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a movie just to play it safe. Barons Bus WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends; you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge watch your favorite show.
Yes, there are power outlets onboard Barons Bus buses. You can generally find one or two sockets per row of seats, so be a good traveller and check if your seat neighbor might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power outlets, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a USB power adapter that typically comes with most phones and tablets.
Since Barons Bus might sometimes use replacement bus vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power points. We recommend bringing a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.
