Pros: I really appreciate how near the stop is to my best friend's house; it's been incredibly convenient to visit her every month. Cons: The overall experience was quite satisfactory, but there is room for improvement regarding the size of the overhead compartments. I prefer not to store my backpack under the bus, as I had a previous incident with another bus company where my luggage got scratched. Additionally, I often feel anxious about the possibility of someone taking my backpack while the bus makes stops. Enhancing the overhead storage would definitely alleviate these concerns. Tips: It’s important to be considerate while on board. Please avoid bringing strong-smelling food and keep your phone conversations at a low volume; we really don’t need to overhear your personal matters. If I can hear you clearly through my headphones, you’re definitely too loud. Additionally, remember to treat the driver with respect. A little courtesy can make a big difference, and it doesn’t cost a thing.

Pros: With regard to the previous question, the pandemic is OVER. All was fine. The trip was fine. What I DID NOT LIKE was Port Authority. I keep telling myself I never want to go there ever again, but your buses do - to places where trains do not go. Port Authority is the pits. But the bus? Fine. Cons: Well, someone could serve meals...seriously, all was fine. Tips: Arrive early to get the seat you want.

Pros: I didn't have to drive. Tips: Bring something to do ( book to read).

Pros: My trip was quite and very comfortable. The driver was at a safe pace. He had a smile when I got on and when I got off the bus. I would driver with this company again. Cons: I'm not sure yet? This is my first time taking this bus. But when I take you again I will let you know. Tips: No.

Pros: I loved how easy the bus trips made it easy to travel & the price of the trip was great as well. Cons: everything was perfect! Tips: show up to station a few minutes early, bus schedule is very precise.
