Bend to Salem

Pros: Just not having to worry about ice, snow, or other drivers on the road. Cons: No problems. Tips: Consider the cost of gas and possible bad weather. It's a good deal. Peace of mind is worth a lot.

December 26, 2024- Visiting family

Bend to Eugene

Pros: I appreciated the smooth ride, uninterrupted. Through inclement weather and snowy icy roads, the driver went un-phased; Smoothly, through what I consider, scary mountain passes. Thank you for safely and affordably getting me to my family during the holiday. Cons: People. Lol. Other passengers yapped the entire time right behind me. It made it hard to relax. Other passengers could use a bit of empathy and awareness. Nothing, i think, the bus line can do, I fear. Tips: Yes. Shut yer traps. Let people relax or even sleep.

Portland to Bend

Pros: It was fast, efficient, and comfortable. The views through the Cascades were great. Cons: Nothing I can think of. Tips: When crossing the Santiam Pass, there are lots of areas without mobile phone service. Download entertainment ahead of time, or bring a book.
