Amtrak Coast Starlight

Pros: Roomette was comfy and spacious. Sunset view along Santa Barbara coastline was gorgeous. Dinner in dining car was excellent! Tips: Make sure to look at icons for train vs bus along route. Weekend trains don’t offer full train service and some fellow travelers were disappointed when they had to transfer to a bus northbound going further than I did (May also be true for southbound on weekends).
