Pros: The people were nice, peaceful, and cool. The staff are very helpful also friendly. Cons: The cushion for the seats just my opinion, it’s very spacious just leather seating for long rides could make it uncomfortable. Tips: Stay respectful and continue to enjoy life and the nice enjoyable ride.

Pros: It wasn't terribly cold on there like it has been my previous trips. Cons: The overhead speaker wasn't working properly (in the ceiling over seat 68) and when announcements were being made we could only hear a mumbled whisper. Tips: While train is moving, hold on to the back of every seat for security so that you don't fall on seated riders.
