Amtrak Palmetto

Pros: I definately got my money worth. The staff knew what they were doing. Cons: A lady and her grandchild got on my train which was the wrong one. If their tickets had been checked prior to boarding or before takeoff, then they wouldnt have had to get let off at another city. The bathroom had an odor. Tips: Bring your own snacks and drinks or food.

Pros: I encountered really nice polite people. The staff was on point the staff made sure we didn't miss our stop and they were professional in handling us. Cons: The bathrooms. If it was such thing as a bathroom job on the trains and it paid well with benefits I would love to have that job!!! I heard people talking about how dirty it was...in which it was true. It would be beneficial and people would feel much better knowing the bathroom was cleared from urine all over the floors and toilets along with sanitized sinks walls and rails. Let me know if you all decide to hire a cleaner for the train. Tips: Clean and sanitized areas for sitting would be nice.
