Cons: Lack of information about how to get my ticket. I had no idea I needed to pick up a printed ticket from the booth. There was no notification on the ticket from yourselves and the guard told me my ticket had been cancelled which took me by surprise. Fortunately it was sorted. Tips: Ask questions!

Pros: The rise was smooth. The staff, especially in the cafe was awesome. I was also glad to be able to plug my electronic devices right there at my seat. Cons: The Wifi was in and out.
