Pros: My trip. The bus wasn’t clean or sanitized and people didn’t have their masks on and were very rude and disrespectful towards me and the bus smelled like an out house. Cons: Cleanliness of the bus. Tips: No.

Pros: I enjoyed the convenient location of the bus stop. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bus was clean including the bathroom. Cons: If I had to chose something it would be a convenient place to sit and rest. I arrived 50 minutes early and I had to stand the entire time until it was time to board the bus. Tips: This bus company was absolutely the best way to travel. This experience has changed the way I will travel in the future. The pricing was reasonable, the buses were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Pros: On-time arrival, despite leaving late and stopping! Great! Cons: Didn't love the super loud announcements at the beginning. Not sure about the wifi. Tips: My favorite bus!

Pros: I like that BoltBus is cheap and the Bus was comfy and spacious. Cons: I haven’t been on a trip with BoltBus without the Bus being late. There is always something going on either the Bus is cancelled ot 30+ min late. If I could I would choose a different Bus Company. Tips: If you dont care about being on time then BoltBus should be fine. But if its important for you to be on time and you have a tight schedule you should probably find a different way to get to your destination.

Pros: It stopped right next to my apartment. Cons: Seat was a little stained and we were not told the bus was delayed 30 minutes. Additionally the bus took a strange path that felt longer than my normal bus ride.

Pros: Vancouver itself was perfectly fine but the trip there was absolutely horrible. I Will ensure that myself, family and friends never ride on this bus again. Our bus took longer than 2 hours to get there all because of maintenance issues and the driver never gave us an update. He would constantly come to immediate stops on the highway and it was the most freighting experience for myself and friends that I was with. The fact that the bus driver couldn’t even inform us what was going on was horrendous. The bus itself was in horrible shape, it smelled like urine throughout the bus, the seats were all cut open, and it’s clear that the bus itself was on its was to completely dying. Cons: Everything could be improved. Tips: Do not ride this bus.

Pros: Bus was clean and fine, on time departure. Cons: Late arrival, only a 2 hour trip but we stopped for a 15 minute break halfway, seems unnecessary for such a short trip.

Pros: The driver was helpful when the bus broke down -- he did the best he could given the circumstances. Cons: The bus appeared to be worn and it was impossible to connect to the WIFI. Tips: Good value for the money.
