It was a fast smooth ride

Smooth ride great driver. The bus was on time as usual.

Pros: The seats were soft and comfortable. Cons: Supposedly this bus had Wi-Fi but it never worked. Also I was next to an electrical outlet but it did not work either. Tips: It’s a good deal but don’t count on using the outlets to charge your phone or the Wi-Fi because it never worked.

Always seemed like we were in the slow lane of traffic with other lanes passing us by. Comfortable ride but arrived very late.

Pros: I was really surprised how clean and spacious the bus was! Cons: When we didn't see the bus come at it's schedule time. One of the other passengers waiting made a call to the company and they where told that the bus came and left the station. But that was not correct the bus show up 25 minutes late. Tips: Great deal for the money!

Pros: I’m an airline employee and it’s a back up route to get home. It was cost effective and enough time to sit and relax while taking in the country side views. Cons: Suggestion: WiFi information username and password should be handed out to the customer when they check in with the dispatcher. And electrical outlets to charge devices should me available at every seat. Tips: Purchase headphones or ear pieces to listen to your devices so you don’t disturb others resting on the bus.

Pros: The bus arrived a couple minutes early and I had a great trip from Port St. Lucie to Miami airport. This is a great service that connects you to all the major cities in the area for a super cheap price. Cons: I would like to see more pickup locations. Tips: Enjoy.
