I enjoy how the bus leaves on time and arrives on time. They are always clean and the seats are not bad for a bus. The staff is always polite and courteous.

Movie selections.
Tips
Just be a good passenger. Do not talk on the phone the whole ride or listen to movies/videos without headphones. Be mindful of your space when sitting next to another passenger.

Concord is the best motor vehicle carrier, and I am a former Bus driver. The cleanliness of you terminal is beyond EXCELLENT. The coffee, water and snacks are better than most Airlines. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I didn't have time to charge my phone before I left, but I remembered that the bus had outlets. I don't know about other seats, but my particular outlet was not working.

The trip runs across lunch time and only stops at Concord centers. So it's better to bring some food if you go from Boston to Bangor.

No improvements to be made on the trip from Bangor to Boston. But the trip back home from Boston to Bangor was frustrating. We arrived to board the bus and were told the bus was full, even though I still had my ticket in my hand which I had purchased weeks in advance....More

I really enjoyed the snacks, free wifi, outlets, and the friendliness of the staff!

After the pit stop, the outlets stopped working for a couple of hours.
Tips
The snacks get taken up pretty quickly! I would suggest taking a look at the refreshment section in the back of the bus during the beginning of the trip!

Everything about my trip was nice. The staff is friendly, the bus and bathroom are both clean, and I got to my destination on time.
Cons
There should be tables available for every seat so that I have a bit more room to put my personal items in places. I know that, at least for me, it would working and eating more comfortable on the trip.
