National Express bus tickets - Search & book deals

Pros: Arrival and departure times on point. Would of been nice to be able to charge my mobile phone. Cons: Have ports to charge mobile phone. Tips: N/A.

Pros: The driver is nice and friendly. Cons: I saw that the final destination is city centre before paying after payment it now shows broad mash bus station and the toilet need to be cleaned very well. Tips: Always get to the park earlier for your own convenience.

Pros: Nothing special. Cons: TThe buses should be newer and more comfortable. Tips: should try other operators.

Pros: Comfortable. Cons: More space for leg. Tips: Choose National Express because I was returning from London by mega bus and it was a terrible trip. The bus smelled so bad from the toilet that the passengers sat with clothes on their faces the whole way. I was travelling with kids. The trip was delayed by 30 minutes, I had to arrange transport at night.

The drivers have cold feeling I dont like

Pros: Just had to sit back and relax, as somebody else was doing the driving. Cons: Not much really. Tips: From booking to travelling, there were no problems.

Pros: It was fast and easy. Cons: There was no one checking the tickets, so everyone could travel without a ticket. The WiFi didn't worked.

Pros: I liked how the wifi worked, the kindness and courteousness of staff, and how the sink and soap worked. Cons: Nothing. Tips: National Express is a good coach service, but mainly if you book in advance cause otherwise it's expennnsive.

Pros: The driving,very superb. Cons: Free wifi. Tips: The should join the amazing trip.

Pros: excellent driving ,very easy once I arrived at Victoria coach station it was a breeze. Cons: Victoria coach station is very well organised but it would be useful to add to all the information sent out in advance that the arrivals and departures leave from different buildings which are across from each other. Tips: Make sure that you know where and how to access Victoria coach stations.

Pros: The bus was on time, clean and seats were comfortable. Cons: N/A. Tips: Totally recommended.

Good service and reasonable price

Pros: It was my first time getting on such a Bus trip (I am new in England) and it prove to be a jolly good ride..it felt like I was on a plane. Kudos to you guys. Cons: Maybe a few screens for those who would rather watch a some programs on a screen than their phones. Tips: Good experience, a trial would convince.

Pros: Very reliable. Cons: Nothing. Tips: No.

I'm short so leg room wasn't a problem but my daughter is much taller so was a bit cramped for her. Internet connection was poor.
