Pros: We sat in the front seats. Cons: I waa with my 90 year old mother escortimg her back to ny and i asked if she could have priority seatimg or be seated first instead of last bc she is 90 amd he said no. I was a little taken aback. I said but she is 90. I left. Then when we got on the bus i saw the teo front seats had reserved signs..i asked if we could sit therr abd he said no..later he told me I could so we moved up. That was nice. But i was surprised a 90 ywar old could not board first. Tips: I am always lookong for the plug to charfe my pjone. Not sll s3ars have one.

Pros: Aside from two somewhat lengthy stops at the side of the road the trip was pleasant. Staff was very friendly. Cons: Tell us why the bus is stopped and when we can expect to be in the road again. Tips: WiFi works but very slowly. Be forewarned.

Pros: No WiFi was only con. Cons: Wifi. Tips: Na.

Pros: Clean bus and good communication from the staff. Cons: Providing at least a bottle of water for passengers. Tips: Get a bottle of water.

Pros: The seat was comfy and there was a ton of leg space. Cons: The staff at the back of the bus had a radio that kept going off for about 30 minutes.

Pros: It was on time, it was clean, staff was respectful, we had a small break for a bathroom break which was amazing. Cons: Seats were a bit slippery but overall great.

Cons: It was a hot day; would have helped if there was cold water bottle on the bus and if it stopped for a short bathroom break. Tips: Bus was full.

Pros: I got to my destination. Cons: It was too cold on the bus - the driver kept it at 64 degrees when it was 88 degrees outside.

Pros: The lady driver coming home was a great driver smooth ride and ahead of time arrived at Lorton Virginia. Cons: A bit cleaner. Tips: Patience cause of traffic.

Pros: The nonGold bus to NY was cramped, because people are allowed to recline their seat giving the passengers behind no room to maneuver. But that's their right!! The Gold bus from NY to MD, was driven by a very competent, friendly and follow-the-rules driver. Excellent!! And, of course, roomy and comfortable. Cons: Nothing.

Pros: It was on time and the staff were very friendly. Cons: Maybe assign seats during reservation. Tips: Carry a drink and a small snack.

Trip was on a Saturday, was 20% longer than advertised time. Just put in some padding in the schedule so we can compare the duration to a train, please. WiFi worked but Internet connectivity was marginal in some areas.

Although the bus was quite full the bus was quiet and relaxed.
