Pros: Onboarding was organized, bus was clean and comfortable. We arrived on time. The rules of the bus were clearly articulated. Very careful when loading the luggage and safely drove the route. My first bus ride to NY, it was 1/3 price of the train. Cons: Most of the cup holders were broken.

Pros: The bus was clean. The driver drive well and he was respectful. The man who check us on the bus was respectful and professional. Cons: Nothing at this time.

Driver was great and very funny

Pros: I have zero complaints. This was my first bus travel experience in decades. The bus was on time, very clean (even the lavatory was spotless - better than airliners!), the driver was friendly, courteous and safe. And we arrived on time despite a few traffic delays. What more can I say? Excellent value, and I will be sure to use this service again. Cons: I really can't think of anything! Tips: No need to be a rush to be first in line, all the seats are the same and fine.

Pros: The trip was comfortable and the driver was an A+ driver. He is very friendly, very patient and well organized. Cons: Keep up the good work. Do you go to Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Boston.? I would like some feedback. Tips: Please choose Wanderu anytime! You won’t regret it.

Pros: The first driver was very communicative and careful. Cons: The buses are in bad condition. Our tire blew out an hour after leaving NY. The driver mentioned that another tire blew out on a bus the week before. The second bus we were sent, after waiting for 2 hours, had terrible shocks and we felt every bump in the road. It would be better if the buses were newer or at least better maintained. Tips: Book travel on companies that have newer bus fleets. Check the reviews and ask around.

Pros: Diver arrive 20 min before. Trip was very peaceful. Cons: Nothing to add.

Pros: I enjoyed my trip but did not enjoy the bus nor did I enjoy the services that they provided. Cons: Labeling your buses so that customers know which bus to get on upon arrival. Tips: Make sure that you get there three hours before your actual departure because otherwise it is very unorganized..

Pros: It was ok. Cons: Our trip had two stops to make, on the first stop I looked at the window and noticed that my bag was outside of the bus!! on the ground!! and no one said a thing! I got out fast and took my bag with me instead of putting it back with other bags/luggage. We were supposed to arrive at 2:45pm, however, we arrived around 5pm!! Tips: Please be careful about your luggage! Keep an eye on it especially if your bus is going to make more than 1 stop!

Pros: Made it on time. Cons: Driver was reckless at times and was very rude, even cussed out and threatened a customer just for putting their bag on the bus without telling him their final destination. Seemed like he was on drugs.

Cons: You need to come up with a system so my bag does not get taken out at the wrong stop. I had to get back on the bus and drive back to Bethesda and thankfully my bag was still there on the street corner!! Why couldn’t you put a colored sticker on each bag? Tips: If you get off at a second stop watch the baggage coming out at the first stop to ensure yours doesn’t get left at the wrong stop!
