Pros: the dispatching staff didn't know the actual location where the bus stop was at. i was instructed to stand on the corner o west main street and rte. 512 to see which way the bus is coming then flag it down. i was literally in the middle intersection of the junction looking for the bus nit knowing which direction it was coming, that was freaking ridiculous. Cons: post stop signs at the designated location or at least place it on the app for easier and accessible direction.
