Pros: The train car was modern, clean, and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The washroom had a funny smell but it was much cleaner than I thought it would have been. I also liked that Wanderu sends emails prior my trip as a reminder. Cons: It would help if there was a visible map or sign onboard to let passengers know when their next stop is or how many stops until their destination, especially if they didn't quite hear the announcement made over the PA. Tips: Pay attention to the PA system announcements to know when the next stop is, especially if you've never taken the route before.
