Pros: Was my first train experience. I liked the spacious and comfy seating. I also enjoyed the beverages offered. And of course I really loved the views of the towns as we made our way to Seattle. Cons: There was a group of riders who were very loud. I don't think there is much Amtrak could do about that, but maybe something to look into - Rider noise control. Tips: Always be mindful of your volume while speaking on the train.

Pros: The train ride was smooth and went by quickly. Would definitely recommend. Cons: I guess the pre-seating arrangement could be improved; when we got on the train, we had to search for empty seats until the staff came to help everyone get seats.
