Ease of getting on/off. Don’t have to wait a long time to get on the train.

Pros: My trip wasn't during the height of the pandemic. My trip home was faster on a nicer train. My original train #55 was over 1hr 30minutes late. Customer SVC at Amtrak in New York helped get me on the earlier train. That was greatly appreciated. Cons: Trains that run on time and more visible customer service reps on the floor. I only saw one and he was helpful. Tips: Passengers prepare to wait and could be standing and prepare to find platforms on your own.

Pros: This was the second time this year that we've taken the Northeasterner train and needed the handicap accessible seats. The person working on the train both trips was very helpful. We were very comfortable and happy with the trip. Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: For the price this was a great way to travel. Very convenient, comfortable, and speedy. Cons: The prices could be more consistent. I’m shocked at the difference at times. Tips: Keep your eye on these deals. When you find them you can’t beat them for travel along the Northeast corridor.
