Pros
I enjoyed the ease of the process of boarding and unbarring. I thought the quiet car was a nice inclusion and that everyone on the train was pleasant.
Cons
I do think it would be helpful to have someone at the entrance or on the platform to explain things. I had never been on this trip before so I was unfamiliar with the rules - where does bags go, can you get up and walk around, dining car, quiet care, etc. Or a pamphlet ...More
Tips
Try to get there early to snag a prime seat. Don't bring too much luggage and make sure you want to be in the quiet car if you're there. Otherwise you might get moved.
