Pros: Very comfortable ride & plenty of leg room. Nice train. Cons: Conductor & train coordinator were confused when it was time to board the train. Coordinator told us go to right, when we got there, Conductor said go back to left. Very unorganized. Tips: There will be a stop in D.C. where the bathrooms are emptied & cleaned.

Amtrak Palmetto

Pros: The train was clean, ran smoothly and in time. The employees were helpful and pleasant. Cons: There were way too many people for the seats available. The poor Amtrak employees were doing mental gymnastics to find seats for every who was boarding. They worked hard. Tips: Just be pleasant, we’re all in the same boat ( or train, as it were).
