Pros: The trip was timed perfectly and arrived at each stop exactly when scheduled. Cons: As a first time Amtrak user, there wasn't a lot of instruction. It seemed like you were just sort of expected to know what to do. For example, the seats were numbered but there wasn't a seat number on my ticket, so I was confused about if I could just sit anywhere. There were others confused about the same thing. Tips: There is no reason to arrive particularly early. I was treating it like the airport since it was my first time, but I found there is really no reason to sit around the train station for an hour.

The bathroom is clean to my surprise because most bus bathrooms aren’t! But most importantly, the bus driver was friendly and very helpful. The Wi-Fi was not good though.
