Pros: seating was very comfortable. Cons: a few better offerings in the Cafe Car. Tips: lf you have never taken Amtrak we think you should try. This was our first but will not be the last.

Pros: On time going but late on the return trip. The staff was very helpful with both of us sitting together on our return trip. Very kind. Cons: Amtrak is a nice way to travel. Tips: I keep forgetting about Business class and handicap seating.
