12 November 2022- Vacation

Amtrak

Pros: Since I would have been the driver if I chose to travel by car, going by train was very relaxing for me. It also gave my granddaughter and I more time to talk without interruption. Cons: Just wish the train was on time because we missed our connection to Washington DC and then missed our timed tickets to the Holocaust Museum. I know that was no one's fault but it inconvenienced our plans and wasted time we could have been enjoying in Washington DC. Tips: If transferring trains leave plenty of time between arrival and departure.
